    It’s amazing how many hearing people actually say “dead” when they are meaning to say “deaf”. Crazy!

    HAHA! oh that makes me think of 6th grade…

    a bully in my mainstreamed class (i’m Deaf, the rest were hearing) had a lisp where he couldn’t say his letters properly. He tried his best to insult my friends and me by telling everyone they couldn’t sit next to the “death girls” or they would become “death”. It totally backfired on him and no one would stop teasing him about saying “death” instead of “Deaf” lmao!

    I don’t know what became of him, but I sure hope he fixed his lisp or stopped picking on people lol… he wasn’t very good at it.
